What It Means to Be a TOPs Athlete
​
Victory Elite’s TOPs–Elite program is reserved for gymnasts who demonstrate outstanding potential, strength, and discipline. These athletes consistently exceed daily expectations and embody the values of hard work, focus, and perseverance. Selection into this program is by coach invitation only, based on performance, attitude, and readiness for advanced training.
Program Focus

Our TOPs–Elite athletes receive specialized coaching that emphasizes:

Technical Excellence – Mastery of foundational skills with precision and consistency.

Strength & Flexibility – Progressive conditioning to build the power and control needed for elite-level gymnastics.

Mindset & Discipline – Developing mental resilience, focus, and confidence in every practice and performance.

Character & Leadership – Encouraging humility, teamwork, and integrity inside and outside the gym.
Commitment & Expectations

TOPs–Elite athletes train with purpose each day. Attendance, effort, and attitude are key components of success in this program. Each season includes an annual review, allowing coaches to evaluate readiness for continued participation or advancement into higher levels.
Participation requires:

Full commitment to training and assigned schedules

Respect for coaches, teammates, and the VE culture of excellence

A positive, growth-minded attitude both in and out of the gym
