Ian Victory
Founder / Head Coach
​​Introduced to gymnastics through his sister Ivanka, Ian grew up in the sport—from baby classes to the Costa Rican Men’s National Team, representing his country at the Central American, Pan American, and Pacific RimChampionships. He also competed in the U.S. as a Level 10 gymnast with top state rankings.
In 2020, Ian and Ivanka opened Victory Elite to help kids become the best version of themselves.
In just four years, VE has produced state and regional champions, State Team members, TOPS National Team athletes, and earned statewide and national recognition.
2020 Vision
Ian believes big results come from mastering small fundamentals. His coaching blends technical precision, safety-first progressions, and confidence-building so athletes grow
in both skill and character.
During the Covid period, Ian envisioned a place where children could pursue excellence and character through gymnastics. That dream became reality on July 27, 2020, when he and Ivanka opened Victory Elite.
Since then, the academy has rapidly grown into one of Florida’s most competitive programs, gaining recognition statewide and nationwide.
Under Ian’s guidance, VE athletes have become state champions, regional champions, Florida State Teammembers, and TOPS National Team selections—culminating in honors such as Compulsory Club of the Year within the program’s first four years.
